About Behavior Haven Network

I've spent over 20 years in special education — in classrooms, in meetings, in the moments when a child is in crisis and everyone is looking at you for answers. I've been that person. Hundreds of times.

For three years, I served as a behavior consultant to 10–12 classrooms spanning kindergarten through transition in a regional life skills program. I also spent four years as a special education administrator, overseeing all elementary special education programs in an urban school district. For the last five years, I've worked as a behavior consultant across 8 middle schools and 2 charter schools in my current school district — supporting teachers, students, and families every day.

I've written more Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans than I can count. I've worked with children across the spectrum — from mild anxiety-driven behaviors to severe aggression. I've trained teachers, coached parents, and collaborated with OTs, speech therapists, and psychologists to build plans that actually work in the real world.

But here's what I kept seeing: families waiting months — sometimes over a year — just to get an evaluation. Schools without a single behavior specialist on staff. International families with zero access to anyone who understands behavior.

That's why I built Behavior Haven Network. I wanted to create something that combines everything I've learned in 20+ years with modern tools — AI that can give you guidance at 2am when your child is melting down, and a real human who knows your child's story when you need to go deeper.

This isn't a faceless platform. It's me, my experience, and a growing network of specialists who care as much as I do about getting families and schools the support they deserve — wherever they are.
